Event tickets are non-refundable due to the limited availability of seats and the high demand for our transformative experiences. We carefully curate our events to ensure an intimate and impactful setting for each participant. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds for purchased tickets.
 
However, we genuinely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, preventing you from attending the originally scheduled event. In such cases, we are more than happy to assist you in transferring your ticket to another available date. To initiate this process, we kindly request that you notify us via email at novaenergyschool@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to the original event date.
