Kundalini Activation merges the power of Kundalini energy with immersive sound journeys and somatic work. This method unlocks the body's natural self-healing potential by releasing suppressed emotions and energetic blockages. The synergy of sound, energy work, and somatic work creates space for deep nervous system regulation, healing, and inner transformation.
HALO
HALO refers to the luminous circle around the head, symbolizing the connection to higher states of consciousness. This method transmits non-dual states of awareness, allowing participants to connect with their primal nature: pure, infinite consciousness. In these deep theta and gamma brainwave states, the body and mind enter a state of harmony, releasing accumulated emotional and mental tension. Hello! My name is Anna Kamińska. I am the creator of NOVA Energy School.
With passion and dedication, I immerse myself in holistic healing and the exploration of human consciousness. My academic journey began at the Catholic University of Lublin, where I earned a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Canon Law. However, I discovered my true calling in California, where I have been running my practice, NOVA Energy School since 2019. I help others transform their lives, having successfully guided over 4,000 people through the process of releasing, transforming, and alchemizing suppressed emotions.
